Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Terms and any claim, controversy, or dispute relating to or arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the law of Cyprus.

The Website is owned and operated by Writology Limited (Cyprus Reg. No. HE 360665), 1-3 Boumpoulinas Street, Bouboulina Building, Office 42, P.C. 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus.

By submitting the order form or payment, you confirm that you fully read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions which form the entire agreement between PrimeWritings.co.uk and you.

Important Information

Using this online service is LAWFUL and DOES NOT violate any university or college rules. Our model papers can be used:

  • To broaden one’s knowledge about a specific topic;
  • As a source of information under the condition that proper references are made;
  • To rephrase the ideas provided in a paper (please, consider the rules on plagiarism established by your educational establishment);
  • As a source of direct quotes if proper references are given.

According to the Skills and Post-16 Education Act, students from the UK can no longer use our professional essay writing service. Submitting our papers is now a criminal offence, which directly contravenes to the code of conduct in all educational establishments in the UK.

Deadlines and Delivery Policy

The deadline options range from 3 hours to 2 months. When placing your order, choose the one which you find the most appropriate for your type of assignment. Note that we deliver papers according to customers’ deadlines. However, if you want to get your paper earlier, our support team will recalculate the price and ask you to place an additional order.

Ordering Process

Buying papers from us is easy. Consider the following points:

  1. Fill in the order form. Provide clear instructions about your order. Indicate a topic, urgency, word count, discipline, academic level, and other important details. Remember that it is essential to provide all instructions about your assignment when placing your order. However, if your order is already in progress and you want to provide additional material for it, you should do it no later than 10-15% of the deadline expires.
  2. Pay for your order. Once we receive the payment, the writer will start working on your order immediately.
  3. Communicate with the writer. Keep in mind that you can communicate with the writer assigned to your order during the writing process.
  4. Download your paper. Once the deadline expires, you can download your paper from your online account created on our website. At your request, your order can be delivered to the email which you have indicated in the order form. If you want to ensure that your paper is original, you can ask us to send you a plagiarism report alongside your order (this is a fee-based service). 

Submitting a Refund Application

  1. Every user is free to ask for a refund within 14 days after the expiration of the set deadline. Refunds regarding plagiarism are not limited to any time frames. Nevertheless, a valid plagiarism report should be sent to us to prove that the work is plagiarized.
    *Turnitin and such plagiarism detection websites as iThenticate, and WriteCheck are regarded as trustworthy. Questions, references, correctly formatted direct quotations and other items cannot be detected as plagiarism. SafeAssign.com is among unreliable plagiarism detection tools. It marks direct quotations/references as plagiarism. Handwritten remarks about plagiarism issue cannot be considered a credible proof.
  2. No responsibility is taken by PrimeWritings.co.uk for plagiarism found in the paper units written by a client. Only sections produced by our professionals are tested for originality.
  3. If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, the case will be investigated by our refund specialists. In case user’s claims are approved, a full/partial refund will be provided. Within 3-4 business days, a client will get a detailed report on the issue.

Revisions

  1. A paper can be revised for free within 2 days (48 hours) after the order completion. After this time frame, a compensation order should be placed. If a specialist is willing to make a free revision, no further refunds are possible.
  2. If a paper includes 20+ pages, a free revision can be asked within 30 days after the deadline has expired.
  3. If initial instructions have been changed, no free revision can be made. In case important information is provided after the paper completion or during the writing process, a customer will be requested to compensate writer’s work by placing an additional order.
  4. A new deadline should be imposed and revision remarks should be sent if a client wants to get a free revision. Depending on the instructions and reassignment peculiarities, the revision procedure may take about 24 hours. Anyway, PrimeWritings.co.uk will strive hard to deliver the ordered work within the deadline.
  5. Customers are advised to check their emails and personal accounts for messages form our writers or agents. Clients often forget to provide explicit guidelines when ordering papers. However, only users are responsible for attaching the required files when placing orders or on writers’ request.
  6. A customer has a possibility of choosing an “Extended Revision” additional service during the order placement, for only 15% of the order price. It provides a free revision timeframe extension up to 14 days. Nonetheless, requesting a revision should comply with initial requirements. Kindly note whether a client does not claim a revision, additional fee for “Extended Revision” is not refunded. Alternatively, 4 days Extended revision VIP service can be chosen when placing the order.

A Full Refund

  1. A full refund can be given if two identical orders have been placed or a double payment has been made by mistake. A customer should contact support agents at once to cancel the order.
  2. A 100% refund is possible if no writer has been assigned to the order.
  3. No material provided by PrimeWritings.co.uk can be used anymore in case a customer gets a full refund.
  4. Even though the company makes no promises regarding specific grades, we make all efforts to ensure quality results. All professors grade the content of the papers differently. When applying for a refund, a customer can send a professor’s feedback to the Refund Department. If it is proved that a writer overlooked initial customer’s instructions, a partial/full refund will be provided.
  5. When you are applying for a refund, you can not expect a revision of the order at the same time. When make a decision regarding a refund, the whole paper is analyzed for compliance with the instructions. Thus, a customer should choose either a refund or a revision request when submitting a complaint.
  6. A Client is not eligible for a full refund, if the order was verified late and the Writer did not receive a respective extension to complete the assignment.

A Partial Refund

  1. Users can ask for a partial refund if they have indicated a wrong number of pages during the ordering procedure. Following the word count rules, a particular amount of the price will be refunded
  2. In case of contradicting instructions/comments concerning the order (e.g. controversial order description or customer’s messages), the refund rate will be reset.

* If the order has been assigned to the specialist and only 30% of the initial deadline is left, it cannot be cancelled. Additionally, an order cannot be cancelled if it is uploaded into the system.

Late Verification

  1. Regarding late order verification, (if a customer has not answered agents’ questions to verify an online account and avoid possible fraud), the deadline starts when we get verification from a customer. In this case, either a deadline should be extended or a compensation order is to be placed.

Word Count Issues

  1. Pages cannot be counted visually, but only in accordance with the number of words (300 words per page). In spite of this, another rule is applied to technical orders, which require a lot of calculations. The price for such orders is calculated according to the level of complexity of guidelines.
  2. PowerPoint Presentations. Customer should make a payment for speaker notes. Such an option is to be chosen when placing a PowerPoint Presentation order. Below each slide, 100-150 words of speaker notes are provided by PrimeWritings.co.uk.
  3. Users should calculate online tests as well as “multiple choice” questions paying attention to the number of questions (5 questions per 1 page). For example, if there are 15 questions in a test, one should place a 3-page online order.

Delivery/Deadline

  1. Each early delivery requires compensation. If a user wants a paper to be delivered earlier, its price will be recalculated. Our representatives will request a customer to place an additional order. If our expert agrees to complete a piece of writing before the deadline expiration without compensation, a refund cannot be provided in the future.
  2. Customers can apply for a partial refund in case of late order delivery without deadline extension approved by a client. The price will be recalculated in accordance with our “Prices” policy

Order Type

  1. When one uses our services, they should select the right order type (e.g. a “Term paper” has been chosen instead of “Thesis”). If PrimeWritings.co.uk has not received a payment, a customer cannot apply for a refund.
  2. When doing a “Rewriting order”, our writer will paraphrase a paper produced by a customer. If further research, more paper units, or sources are required, a customer is to place a compensation order.
  3. Every user is encouraged to check an online personal profile and email for notifications from our support representatives. On time response to our messages is appreciated, especially if it is necessary to approve a topic selected by the writer.

VIP Account

A free draft option in a “VIP Account” is not applicable to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. In addition, free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hour urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.

Stored Credentials

How Long will Card Details Be Stored?

  1. We never store your credit/debit card information or any other payment-related information on our site. The only personal data stored by our site is your name and surname chosen when making your first order with us.
  2. We work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  3. The transactions are processed by the third-party, legally authorized entities such as Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap.
  4. More information regarding terms of stored credentials can be found in T&C of the chosen payment processor.

How will My Stored Card Details Be Used?

Your credit card details are stored securely by the third-party payment processor. When you enter your credit or debit card details on our website,in fact, the information is sent directly to secure databases maintained by the payment processors(Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap), who then complete the transaction. Credit card details are never transmitted to, or stored on our servers.

Can These Terms Change?

Changes in the permitted use will require your agreement. Other changes can be applied in accordance with PCI standards. No change can take place without your consent.
